What’s a Tumblr meetup?
A meetup is a public event or gathering organized by Tumblr users who want to get to know other Tumblr users in person. They can have as many people, run for however long, and organized in any format — be it hanging out in the park or an open mic at a bar. You can request to organize a meetup and receive meetup kit here: http://tumblr.com/meetups/organize.

How long will it take for my meetup to get approved?
It typically takes 2-3 days for meetup requests to process, so don’t panic if you do not see your meetup listed right away. If you do not hear from us within 2-3 days, email meetups@tumblr.com.

What’s in a meetup kit?
The contents of meetup kits vary, but the average kit contains a letter, a handful of stickers, 2 table tents, 20-25 name-tags, a bookmark, and your very own Meetup Organizer sticker.

How do I receive a meetup kit?
In order to receive a kit, you must first request to host a meetup in the Meetup Organizer (http://tumblr.com/meetups/organize). Put your complete personal street address in the box that says “Organizer Mailing Address” and allow two weeks advanced notice for us to send you the kit. A complete address includes a street number, street name, apartment number, city, state, country, and postal/zip code.

Will my personal street address be kept private?
Yes.

How much does a meetup kit cost?
Meetup kits are absolutely free for the meetup organizer.

How long does it take for a meetup kit to arrive?
Your kit will arrive within two weeks of your meetup’s approval.

Can I request more supplies for my meetup?
Yes. We try to accommodate every request, but it is not guaranteed.

My meetup information is wrong on the Meetups page, how do I fix it?
Email us at meetups@tumblr.com with the correct information, and we’ll fix it for you.

How do I cancel a meetup?
Let us know you want to cancel your meetup via meetups@tumblr.com and we’ll cancel it for you.

What if I just want stickers?
You can mail us a self-addressed, stamped envelope (or international reply coupon) inside an envelope addressed to us at:

We will send you back some stickers in return!
